Job Description

1.Provide strategic direction and leadership to the agency team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
2.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents. Motivate and mentor team members to enhance their productivity and professional development.

3.Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the agency's customer base. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.

4.Foster positive relationships with clients and address their queries and concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

5.Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance industry. Keep the team informed about policy changes and updates.

6.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the agency's performance. Implement corrective actions as needed to improve results.

7.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to make informed decisions and keep the agency competitive.

8.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. Present findings to senior management as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile

Experience-5-8 years of experience in Insurance Agency Channel

Age limit- 34 years

Qualification- Any Graduate

Product Knwoledge in Health Insurance
